We have introduced a new 13mm compact laminate range, ComLam, as part of our ongoing approach to providing flexible material options across different project requirements.
ComLam offers the same core performance characteristics expected of compact laminate, including durability, moisture resistance, and suitability for high-use amenities. It provides specifiers with another option when considering finishes, availability, and cost.
Material and performance
ComLam is a 13mm compact laminate with a black core and colour-through finish. It is suitable for wet areas and high-traffic environments and is designed for use across the same applications typically specified for compact laminate systems, including:
- Public amenities
- Schools and universities
- Commercial buildings
- Council and municipal facilities
- Entertainment and sporting venues
Range and finishes
The ComLam range includes a broad selection of finishes to support different design outcomes. These include:
- Woodgrains
- Solid colours
- Subtle tones
- Stone-inspired finishes
- Metallic options
Designed for specification flexibility
The addition of ComLam provides another material option within the TPI system. It allows architects, builders, and project managers to consider compact laminate across a wider range of project conditions, without changing the underlying material performance.
As with all TPI systems, ComLam is supported by our design, manufacturing, and installation capabilities, ensuring consistency from specification through to delivery on site.
ComLam has been introduced as a practical extension to the TPI offering. It reflects the need for adaptable solutions across different project types, while maintaining the performance expected of compact laminate in commercial and public environments.
