TPI Brochures through the years

2021 marks Toilet Partition Industries’ silver anniversary – a quarter-century in business. From humble beginnings, TPI has expanded exponentially to become Australia’s leading supplier of wet area commercial joinery. With 160+ years of combined experience in partitions design and installation, few (if any) companies rival TPI for longevity and standing in the industry.

Starting in Sydney in 1996, Michael Sloan saw a gap in the marketplace for a true fully dedicated Toilet & Shower Partitioning company and quickly built a reputation for translating architects design into reality. From the wavy walls in the Opera House lobby Ladies Powder room to bespoke timber veneers adorning the boardroom bathroom fit for Gordon Gecko and a multitude of municipal bathrooms in between, TPI’s partitions have stood the test of time and many remain to this day.

Always an innovator, Michael used the patented Modulux Privacy Edging, a specialised edging treatment that ensured there were no gaps between doors and nibs allowing total privacy when the door is closed. TPI also launched online ordering and later an online Specification Configurator that allowed for custom designs to be created online.

TPI’s most recent innovation is their U-FIX flat-packed supply-only toilet partitions. Available in 6 designs and hundreds of colours, builders, architects and designers can order online and have their chosen product delivered within 10 days from our factory.

To celebrate its 25th anniversary, TPI will be launching a new range of bench seating and lockers to fulfil its mission to be a One-Stop-Wet Room supplier.

TPI prides itself on its reputation for design excellence, attention to detail and are champions for Australian materials being used where possible. Employing over 40 people with over 3 factories in NSW, and Victoria, with partners in South Australia. TPI is an Australian success story.
